This particular Workshop Weekend is free, no $5 charge for reimbursements to the instructors or for supplies. This is because we're all the instructors just as we're all the students. All of us are to provide our own materials (whatever those may be) and at some point we'll all be helping someone else out. However, future Workshop Weekends will still have a $5 charge so we can have limited supplies here to use during the workshops and to cover any fees that occur from an instructor.

From this point out there will be a $7 pre-pay for the meal-plan. Rebecca and Tim have been wonderful enough to go in and purchase all the delicious food that we've all eaten at the previous WW's, however, this could not continue. After talking to a few people during the last WW it was decided that a small pre-charge for food was necessary. It's a weekend's worth of food (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 1 dinner) for the astoundingly low price of $7 per person. If, in the future, Rebecca finds that this amount is too small, we will adjust it accordingly, but right now, with Rebecca's magical food prep skills, this should cover it. You are NOT required to purchase the meal-plan, however, if you decide that it's not for you, you will be required to bring enough food to feed yourself for the whole weekend. You can not simply show up and expect to eat the meals that others have paid for if you yourself have not paid.

So, in the future, WW's will be $5 at the door and $7 pre-pay for the optional meal plan.

If anyone has a any comments or questions, please feel free to post or pm me. I'll answer everything the best I can.

When: April 18-20
What: Costumery
How Much: $7 pre-pay for meal-plan *

* go to paypal to send your $7 to Rebecca, the Kitchen Queen, at rhellemans2@gmail.com Put "food" in the message so she knows where the money goes. If you don't have paypal then pm me. If you don't want the meal plan, then you'll need to bring enough food for yourself for the whole weekend. Only those that pre-pay for the meal-plan can partake of the delicious food that Rebecca prepares....it's worth MORE than the $7....especially for a weekends worth of food. Rebecca will post a meal list for you all to look over and "Yay" and "Nay" here soon.

Bring all your costume ideas. Bring those bits that you've been saving, but have yet to find a use for. Bring your sewing machine if you have one. Bring your yard and needles. Bring your questions and your knowledge. Bring those items that are just too plain-jane for your burner outfits. This time we're ALL the teachers and we're ALL the students....well...actually that's the normal bit....but still. We're going to be helping one another out, bouncing ideas off one another, learning little tips, hints, and tricks from those that do what they do best. Later there can/will be more in depth workshops on much of what'll be covered this weekend.

What to bring:
Bedding/sleeping gear
Costume ideas
Costume pieces
Snacks (not meal food)
Fabric (if that's your thing)
A glass/cup to call your own
